Two in custody following high speed chase in New Madrid County

NEW MADRID, Mo. — Two people were taken into custody after attempting to flee a traffic stop. On Friday, Dec. 27, New Madrid County deputies were advised to be on the lookout for a white 2020 Dodge Durango which had just fled from a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper on a traffic stop.
