BLOOMFIELD - The Stars and Stripes National Museum and Library is set to expand its facilities, thanks to a series of generous donations culminating in a $5,000 contribution from the Poplar Bluff Memorial VFW Post 6477. This final donation completes the funding needed for a new building to house four World War II vehicles, bringing a significant piece of military history out of storage and into public view.
