DPD says drive safe or get pulled over (Local News ~ 08/10/24)
Dexter Police Department will be involved in a Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over high-visibility enforcement campaign between Aug. 14 and Sept. 2, which includes the Labor Day holiday weekend. They will partner with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, in this effort, the police department said in a press release. Notre Dame Regional High School graduate and current Mississippi State University student Elise Edwards, 20, received the opportunity of a lifetime to serve as a page at the recent 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee. Edwards, who is working part time as a district field representative for U.S. Rep.
