The Dexter Tree Board presented Ward I residents Al and Betty Banken with the Nature’s Excellence Award for the month of June. Yard award judges, Terryl and Glinda Almond said, “The Bankens have a well-manicured yard and the ivy growing in decorated block edging sets the tone for this lovely home.”...
