WAYNE COUNTY — Fisheries biologists with the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) confirm a fourth northern snakehead has been recorded in the state. The fish was caught by an angler May 25 below Wappapello Lake Spillway in Wayne County. MIDWAY, Ky. — An Advance resident was with the Midway University baseball team as they secured their first regular season River States championship. Agustus Garner is a member of the 2023-24 Midway University Baseball Team. The team also claimed second berth in the NAIA National Tournament in a sweep against Alice Lloyd last April 28 and 29, in which they won both games by the combined score of 26-1.
