The Butler County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 2014 Wallace Street, Poplar Bluff at 8 p.m. on Sept. 20. Missing is Caylee Jean Foster, a white 16-year-old female. She is 5-foot-5 and 130 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
