Dexter’s Ellie Dowdy receives Harold Parker Memorial scholarship

UNIVERSITY, MS (08/14/2023)-- Ellie Dowdy, of Dexter, Missouri, received the Harold Parker Memorial Scholarship, which will provide $8,000 annually toward her education at the University of Mississippi.
