  • Stoddard County Commission to apply for grant to purchase outdoor warning sirens (Local News ~ 03/01/22)
    BLOOMFIELD — The Stoddard County Commissioners voted during Monday’s meeting to look into purchasing three new outdoor warning sirens for rural areas near Bloomfield and Dexter. The commissioners voted 3-0 to apply for a federal grant to purchase three outdoor warning sirens. The grant is worth $175,000, and the county is responsible for 25% of the cost, or $43,750.
