Authorities were summoned to the 700 block of of North Miller Street in Bloomfield on Tuesday after a 17 month old toddler was discovered unresponsive in a bathtub full of water. According to a news release from the Director of Public Safety in Bloomfield, James D. Dew, officers on scene performed CPR until the arrival of EMS.
