    A winter storm barreled through Stoddard County Sunday night and is continuing Monday afternoon with a second storm expected Wednesday evening. The Dexter Police Department issued a statement on Monday advising residents to limit their travel. The department stated the city roads as well as Highways 25 and 60 are slick and dangerous.
