The director of the Stoddard County Health Center, Ben Godwin, has confirmed the second COVID-19 related death in Stoddard County. “At approximately 5 p.m. last night (May 19) Stoddard County officials received word of the second death stemming from the Crowley Ridge Care Center outbreak,” said Godwin. “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of those lost.”...

The Stoddard County Health Center has confirmed the 66th case of COVID-19 in the county. The newest case is not related to the outbreak at the nursing home. There are now 36 active cases in the county with 28 recoveries and two deaths. Broken down by age group the cases are 0 to 19 – three cases, 20 to 29 – seven cases, 30 to 39 – seven cases, 40 to 49 – 11 cases, 50 to 59 – four cases, 60 to 69 – 10 cases, 70 to 79 – seven cases and 80-plus – 17 cases...
