The Dexter Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing woman and child. According to a press release, at approximately 2:36 p.m. Sunday, the Dexter Police Department received a report to check the well-being at 307 S Elm in Dexter. The reporting party was checking on his mother and her daughter. The door to the residence was standing open, officers said. He checked the house and after not finding his mother or sister, he exited the residence and contacted the Dexter Police Department.
