A Cape Girardeau woman has been arrested in Bernie in what police there say is the first case of Fentanyl in its powdered form in Stoddard County. Lt. Roy Boyce responded on Feb. 11 to a shoplifting call at Dollar General Store in Bernie. Boyce was directed to a women in the greeting card aisle by the store manager, according to a release by Bernie Police Chief Justin Allen.
