Charles DeWain "Tip" Tipton Jr., son of Charles Tipton Sr. and Eva Mason Tipton of Bernie was born on May 31, 1953, in rural Bernie and died on June 10, 2015, at the Lutheran Home of Cape Girardeau at the age of 62.
