Charlotte Jolliff, a Dexter resident, died on Oct. 26, 2014, at the age of 71. Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter is in charge of all arrangments.

Cecil Ray Vincent, Jr., son of Cecil Vincent, Sr. and Judy Vincent of Bloomfield, was born on May 12, 1964, in Hopkinsville, Ky., and died on Oct. 27, 2014, at his residence in Puxico at the age of 50. Mr. Vincent worked as a Pharmacist and was the owner of Puxico Drugs in Puxico. He was a member of the Puxico Car Club and a past member of the Dexter Hospital Board.
