Russell Ramsey, son of the late Lloyd Ramsey and Alveda Baker Russell, was born in Marble Hill, Mo. on Oct. 25,1946, and died at his farm on Dec. 10, 2011 at the age of 65. Russell had been a resident of Puxico for 40 years. He attended Woodland High School in Marble Hill and was a veteran of the US Army. ...
