Dexter's 7th and 8th grade T. S. Hill Middle School basketball teams each picked up a victory Friday night on the road at Bernie. The 7th grade team posted a 47-24 win in the opener while the 8th graders took a 58-40 decision.

Dexter made it back-to-back Class 3, District 1 Championships with a 35-0 win over Fredericktown Thursday night at Charles Bland Stadium. Dexter made two big defensive stands in the first half to keep Fredericktown off the scoreboard while the Bearcats' record-setting offense put up 28 points before adding a third quarter TD that proved to be the game's final points...
